Stormer Pass

A student ID and so much more, your Stormer Pass gives you access to:

• Campus Cash (Use in the Stormer Cafes and vending machines at each campus)
• Library (Check-out privileges at four campus libraries)
• Pay for prints and copies in MATC libraries, academic support centers and computer labs 
• Academic Support Centers
• Campus computer labs
• Athletic facilities (Downtown Milwaukee Campus only)
• Parking Discounts (Downtown Milwaukee Campus only)
• Student Union
• Registration for upcoming semesters

If you're taking more than one credit, a Stormer Pass fee is automatically added to your tuition/fee invoice.
If you enroll in one credit or less, pay the fee to the campus cashier and visit a Stormer Pass office below.

Early June:
June 4 - 8: 8 a.m - 4 p.m.
June 11 - 14: 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Friday, June 15: 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Saturday, June 16: 8 a.m. - 10 a.m.
 
After June 16:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 8 a.m - 4 p.m.
Tuesday: 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.

Student Parking on the Downtown Milwaukee Campus

Students parking in the structure must display an MATC Student Parking permit and swipe their Stormer Pass upon exit.

Don't Have a Stormer Pass?
Pick one up at the Stormer Pass Office in the Student Center, Room S301.

Looking for a Student Parking Permit?
Purchase a student parking permit at any MATC Cashier's Office. Permits cost $22 per semester and $32 per school year, and are valid at all MATC campuses.
The parking fee remains $1.50 per visit. Your Stormer Pass must have a minimum balance of $1.50.

Need to Add Money to Your Stormer Pass?
Two ways to add Campus Cash to your Stormer Pass.  Use the Account Management Centers (AMC's) located throughout each campus or use E-Accounts option (online card office) at https://matcstormerpass-sp.blackboard.com/eaccounts. Your funds will be deposited in US currency to your Campus Cash account when you submit your transaction as long as it is completed prior to 9:00 p.m.

Refund Procedure
MATC will refund the Campus Cash Account remaining balance of $5 or greater. For balances less than $5, the balance must be used for on-campus purchases. Refund requests will be accepted and processed within 15 days of the Business Office receiving the request. All refunds will be processed and paid according to MATC policy.

If you lose your card, you will be charged $12 for replacement.

You will not need to renew or update your card if you continue to take more than one MATC credit.  If you take one or fewer credits, you must reactive the card each semester. The card fee is paid each semester is an activation fee.  It does not entitle you to a new card or new photo.

• Report lost or stolen cards to the Stormer Pass Office or Stormer Pass Station at each campus during normal business hours.
• The account holder is liable for any unauthorized charges that may occur to lost or stolen cards.
• After normal business hours, report a lost or stolen card by e-mail at campuscard@matc.edu  If you give notice of a lost or stolen card by telephone, you must confirm this in writing within 48 hours, to the Stormer Pass Office/Station.
