The IT Computer Support Specialist degree program is directed at preparing you for a career in computer information systems, with emphasis on end-user support and helpdesk training. The program provides the training necessary to assist development and maintenance of information systems, and to train and support employees using those systems. An internship is offered through the course ITSUP-198, Computer Support Specialist Internship.
