Business Management is an associate degree program that prepares you for a career as a management trainee or operations assistant. The training is designed to give you a broad background of business knowledge. Graduates find employment in a wide cross-section of businesses. Typical positions include management trainee and supervisor trainee. The program is also useful if you are seeking a job change or advancement, or wish to be self-employed. Core skills include tact, problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities, and the ability to work well with others.
