Baking Production is a two-semester technical diploma program that teaches you the skills and knowledge necessary to prepare baked goods. You will learn how to mix and handle batters in large quantities, prepare fancy pastries and convert standard recipes and portion control formulas. An internship is required. Core skills include a team attitude and full use of hands and arms. Expect to be on your feet for long periods of time.
