The Power Engineering diploma program teaches students to manage and repair equipment, maintain facilities, operate and control low and high pressure boilers, and operate and control auxiliary systems in factories, plants and buildings, Graduates become building engineers, boiler operators, facilities maintenance mechanics or power engineers. Power engineers ensure that equipment operates safely, economically and within established limits by monitoring meters, gauges and computerized controls.
