MILWAUKEE (Nov. 11, 2009) – Milwaukee Area Technical College celebrated Veterans Day Wednesday, Nov. 11, at its Downtown Milwaukee campus.

All veterans who are affiliated with MATC were treated to a free lunch. Members of the MATC community signed a large thank you card that will be presented to the Milwaukee VA Medical Center later this month.

The event was sponsored by the Office of Student Life and the MATC Veterans Club.
