The district board shall provide support to interpret copyright regulations for duplication of materials and/or obtaining copyright protection for original materials. The person duplicating or requesting reproduction must be certain that the action is within the law. Illegal or unethical use of copyrighted materials is a violation of employee code of ethics and/or student code of conduct, which will result in immediate suspension or dismissal.
