Bakery
A variety of traditional and specialty baked goods are available for purchase from the student-staffed kitchens of the Bakery Production Lab, located on the sixth floor of the Downtown Milwaukee Campus Main Building.
Students in the college's baking programs plan, prepare, and help with sales. Program faculty members provide instruction and supervision. Through the bakery, students learn many facets of a bakery operation. Call for sale hours or more information at 414-297-6318.
