Textbook Return Policy 

The College Book Store will accept the return of textbooks for a full refund at the beginning of each semester under these conditions:

• Books must be returned within the first three weeks of the start of the spring and fall term, one week for the summer term, and within two days of the start of "short courses."
• You must have your receipt.
• Books must be in the same condition as they were when purchased. (No pen or pencil markings within books.)
• Shrink-wrapped textbooks must be in the original packaging. Unwrapped books can be returned for 50% of the purchase price. It is highly recommended that you go to class before opening shrink-wrapped books.
• The disk pocket of textbooks with an accompanying disk cannot be opened.

Refunds

• Refunds for a book purchased with a check will be made two weeks (10 business days) from the date of purchase on the receipt. Books purchased on financial aid, credit card, or by an agency will be credited to your account.
• No refunds can be made on special-order books.
• Defective books will be replaced free of charge. Please return them as soon as the defect is noticed.
• No Refunds on supplies.
