This office administers all legal affairs for the Milwaukee Area Technical College District. We provide service throughout the district on institutional business but do not provide representation of individuals except when those individuals are named in conjunction with the institution. We do not engage in the private practice of law and cannot provide personal legal advice to students, faculty, administrators or staff.

The Vice President and General Counsel reports directly to the President and also to the MATC District Board.
