Food Service

Food Service provides service to the entire MATC District and is also involved in the education of the Culinary Arts students and Adult High School students.

There are two Food Service areas at the Milwaukee Campus:

• Food Court - Located on the third floor of the Student Building at 700 West State Street. Hours of operation during regular school hours are:
• Grill: 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.
• Bakery: 7 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.
• Pizza and Spanish Steps: 9:30 a.m. - 7 p.m.
• Café 6 - MATC's own gourmet dining experience, is located on the 6th floor of the Main building on the corner of 6th and State streets. Hours of operation during regular school hours are:
• Coffee & Donuts: 6:30 a.m. - 7 a.m.
• Buffet Breakfast: 7 a.m. - 10:15 a.m.
• Grill: 9:30 a.m. - closing.
• Lunch Main Entr?e Line: 11 a.m. - closing.
• Monday - Thursday 6:30 a.m. - 8 p.m.
• Friday 6:30 a.m. - 2 p.m.
• All hours apply when evening school is in session.

Contracted vending available at the Mequon, Oak Creek and West Allis campuses.

Catering

Catering is provided for a wide variety of functions from small meetings to large receptions. When planning an event on campus, it is first necessary to do the following:

• Reserve a room or area.
• Discuss menu and prices with the Coordinator.
