Welcome to the MATC Online Auction

Bid Procedure
- To place a bid, you must first Register.
This will allow you to bid on items without re-entering your name
and address information every time.
- Bids must be submitted online.
- Click "Submit a bid on this item" under the
bid item description.
- Complete and submit the bid form.
- Confirm your bid.
- You may print bid confirmation.
- There is no fee to place a bid.
- Items will be sold to the highest bidder.
- Bids received after the specified auction closing date and time
will be rejected.
- Bid items are sold "as is" with no warranty or guarantee.
- Bid items must be paid for and picked up within one (1) week
after the auction closing date.
- Bidders who fail to pick up and pay for a bid item may be prohibited
from participating in future MATC online auctions.
- MATC reserves the right to make changes to items posted for
sale up to 24 hours prior to the specified auction closing date
and time. Bidders are responsible for monitoring the current bid
price and amending their bids, if they so desire, before the auction
closing date and time.
- MATC reserves the right to reject any bid and cancel the offer
to sell bid items at any time.
- The "current bid" will be updated automatically after you submit
all required information and confirm your bid.
- In case of a tie, winner will be determined by earliest bid.
Payment Procedure
- Upon award notification, successful bidder can pick up payment information
in Room M292, Downtown Milwaukee Campus, 700 West State Street, from
9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, except Holidays.
- Sales tax (5.6%) will be charged on bid item.
- Payment must be made in cash or by check. Credit cards will not be
accepted.
Bid Item Pick Up Procedure
- Successful bidders may schedule to pick up bid item Monday-Wednesday-Friday from 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. and
Tuesday-Thursday from 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m, except Holidays, at the T Building loading dock,
Downtown Milwaukee Campus, 7th and West Juneau. Please contact Vicki, 414.297.6474 to schedule pick-up appointment.
- Bidders are required to show bid item payment receipt.
