You may transfer as many as 72 MATC General Studies credits to your choice of more than 40 four-year colleges and universities, including the University of Wisconsin System.
Graduates can benefit from more than 200 program-to-program partnerships with four-year colleges, including 10 Historically Black Colleges and Universities across the country. Complete a bachelor's degree in as few as two additional years.
Earn an associate degree in a rewarding occupational program. The School of Liberal Arts and Sciences offers these in-demand occupational associate degree programs: Biotechnology Track A.S. Chemical Technology A.S. Chemical Technician A.A.S. Degree Early Childhood Education A.A.S. Degree Human Service Associate A.A.S. Degree Interpreter Technician A.A.S. Degree Teacher Education A.A.
Program courses offer classroom instruction and quality hands-on training needed for workplace success. Each program's curriculum is structured to prepare students for employment immediately following graduation. Required practicum and internship placements are based on students' individual needs and goals, fostering key relationships in the field. Many courses feature engaged and service learning experiences that apply classroom knowledge to community service-based projects or settings.
Occupational program graduates may choose from numerous four-year college transfer options. Counselors, divisional specialists and faculty advisors are available to guide you through the process.
Certificate programs offer specialized study. LAS certificate programs range from 12 to 24 credits in concentrated areas of study.
